KalizOwnEnt LLC Vision & Mission Statement

The idea that birthed KALIZOWNENT was, and still is, to create a voice for our Generation. By using the
Art of Music, we now have an output for all the thoughts and concerns that plague our minds.
Our Vision/Mission is to build a Production Studio and a Record Label that will give us the
platform we need, not just to get our music out, but for up-and-coming artist within our
community. A place where our generation can come together to get our voice heard. Just
imagine, after your record is completed, it’s something you can call your OWN.
KALIZOWNENT.
KALIZOWNENT was created in 2008, Started with a few friends from Northern and Southern
California moving to AZ and coming together recording music. What started as a group of
individuals from the golden state chasing the same dream is now being seen as a movement
and opportunity to introduce a new style of music; We are now ready to take that dream to
the Next Level. The passion we show through our music and, every time we step on stage, it
is felt by everyone. The stories may be similar, but our cadence is what separates us from our
peers.

We want to create a Professional Standard for Music Development by creating an easy
process for up-and-coming artist. A Studio where you can get top quality recordings, Mix &
Masters and Copyrights with minimal effort. We will also assist in your social media platform
for your Service Distribution and Marketing Solution. If you are talented enough, you may be
asked to join our Label. KALIZOWNENT.
Not only will your sound be Recorded, Mix & Mastered and Copyrighted; we will also assist in
the promotion process. Your content will be advertised through all social media platforms
affiliated with KALIZOWNENT and also, but not limited to, any live venues obtained by
KALIZOWNENT. Your content will also have an opportunity to generate residual income thru
means of Digital Ecommerce for Music Media Streaming Sales, to ticket sales from Live
Venues of all kinds. We’ll do whatever it takes to help you reach your demographics as an
Artist. Your own Audience.

Speaking of Demographics: we believe our audience base is between the ages of 15-35, but
our goal is to reach out to everyone no matter the age, gender, race, or sexuality. Since 2008
we believe we have reached our demographic conclusion through our individual experiences
performing and promoting our unique sound over the years and we are continuously
adapting to gain the attention of every individual through this sound that is truly like no
other.
